Store Policies - Returns
Pampeana.net aims to ensue that all of our customers are happy with our service and products. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply ask us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization # within 3 days of receipt and return the item within 5 days in its original packaging and condition. We will refund the purchase amount for the item, less a 15% Restocking Fee and less the original shipping and handling. Should there be a problem contact us at return@pampeana.net
- Products can only be returned by requesting a return merchandise authorization # No Later Than Three Days from receipt of the goods.
- The purchaser has A Further 5 Days to physically deliver the goods back to Pampeana in their original packaging, unused, undamaged with the original receipt.
- No returned item will be accepted without an RMA #.
- All returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping & Handling is not refundable on any returned item.
- Refunds are NOT available on sale items, final sales, discounted items, wall plate racks or special orders.
International Shipping And Handling
International shipping rates are higher. Typically, these rates will increase as follows:
150% Canada & Mexico (Standard shipping rate x 1.5)
200% Europe & S. America (Standard shipping rate x 2.0)
300% Asia, Australia & NZ (Standard shipping rate x 3.0)
Every effort will be made to keep shipping and handling costs within these rates. Occasionally an items weight, physical dimension or fragility may require additional costs. Country of destination requirements may also add shipping and handling costs. These costs will be reflected in the receipt send with the shipment.
